Food grade models of the MoistScan® online microwave moisture sensor are available for use in food processing. These analysers are fully CIP (clean in place) compliant and are available in various IP ratings. Cabinets, frames and antenna housings are 316 stainless steel grade. In particular the MoistScan® MA-700 in pipe moisture meter is used in the dairy and snack food and confectionary industries where lean phase pipe conveyance is common.
